Yes, completely free. No subscription, no in-app purchases, no advertising.
Do I need a prescription?
nudge is designed for people taking a GLP-1 medication like Mounjaro or Wegovy. You don't need to upload a prescription to use nudge, but the content is built around the experience of being on these medications.
Who can see my data?
Your prescribing partner sees your clinical data — they need it to look after you. Your identifying personal details (name, email, date of birth, postcode) are never sold. Research data is separate: if you opt in to R&D, your treatment data, with identifying details irreversibly removed, may form part of datasets we share commercially with medical research partners. The opt-in or opt-out has no effect on your use of nudge. All data is stored in the UK.
What medications does nudge support?
nudge currently supports Mounjaro (tirzepatide) and Wegovy (semaglutide).
Is nudge a medical device?
Yes. nudge is an MHRA-registered Class I medical device (Software as a Medical Device). It provides information and behaviour support — it does not give medical advice or replace your healthcare team. See our compliance page for full details.
